A trucking company has signed a full-building lease for nearly 60,000 square feet of industrial space in Piscataway, under a newly announced deal by Bussel Realty Corp.
In a news release, the brokerage firm said it represented ownership in the transaction at 250 Circle Drive North, where Big Bear Trucking is taking 59,572 square feet. The tenant’s new home is located just north of Interstate 287, providing it with quick access to the New Jersey Turnpike and other major highways.
BRC Senior Vice President David Blitt and Sales Associate Eli Harari completed the deal on behalf of the landlord, Dream On Me. Real Mart Realty represented the tenant.
