A utility line contractor has leased nearly 5,000 square feet of industrial space in Middlesex Borough, in a newly announced deal by Bussel Realty Corp.
In a news release, the brokerage team said it represented J&R Construction in the commitment at 106-110 Egel Ave., a 13,500-square-foot industrial building about a mile from Route 28. The contractor, which focuses on cable, fiber optic, water, sewer and other utility line installations, will occupy 4,741 square feet under the transaction with 108 Egel Ave LLC.
BRC Vice President Michael Costa completed the assignment.
“J&R Construction is one of the premier utility line installation contractors in the Northeast US, and this new location at 106 Egel Avenue will help further their reputation as No. 1 in customer satisfaction,” Costa said. “It is always a pleasure to deal with businesses like J&R Construction and 108 Egel Ave LLC on a transaction, where everyone looks forward to working together both now and in the future.”
Sitting on a half-acre, 106-110 Egel Ave. has one drive-in door, 14-foot ceiling heights, wet sprinklers and 600 amps of electric power, BRC said.
