An investment firm has purchased a nearly 10-acre warehouse and outdoor storage property in Old Bridge, in a newly announced transaction by Sheldon Gross Realty.
The Elmwood Park-based buyer, Brentwood Realty, paid an undisclosed amount in the deal at 3220 Bordentown Ave. Sheldon Gross Vice President Jonathan Glick brokered the deal, noting that the site is home to 42,000 square feet with 14- to 16-foot ceilings and around six acres of outdoor storage space.
“What’s particularly desirable about this property is that it’s been fully leased for more than 15 years,” Glick said. “That’s a testament to what the site offers as well as to its excellent location. In addition, it’s quite rare to find property sitting on this much useable land.”
Spanning 9.94 acres, the multitenant property is minutes from the Garden State Parkway and routes 9 and 18.
