A medical office building and surgical center in Bridgewater has changed hands for $7 million, following a transaction arranged by Weichert Commercial Brokerage.
The Morris Plains-based firm announced that an entity known as 1081 Partners LLC has acquired the property at 1081 Route 22. With 22,000 square feet of space, the building has a long-term lease in place.
Weichert Commercial Senior Vice President David Chippendale was the sole broker, specializing in both medical office and investment transactions.
