Zoltek Commercial Real Estate Services has announced the hiring of a new senior associate.
In a news release, the Fair Lawn-based brokerage firm said Matt Ardizzone comes to the role with more than seven years of experience. He began his real estate career in 2015 at KW Commercial and has represented clients and completed transactions involving mixed-use, investment, retail, and land development properties.
Zoltek added that Ardizzone quickly became one of the top agents on a sales team of more than 300. After KW Commercial, he worked at Bennett Realty & Development, a commercial real estate brokerage firm and development company, where he negotiated sales and leases for various mixed-use, retail, hospitality, land and other commercial properties.
