The Goldstein Group has made another addition to its sales and leasing team with the hiring of a longtime real estate consultant and business owner.
Chuck Lanyard, the president of the Paramus-based firm, announced that Mark Sher has joined its ranks, bringing a diverse business background. That experience includes serving as a consultant to property owners, developers and investors since getting his New Jersey real estate license in 2001, while also operating an e-commerce and retail clothing business for the past 17 years.
“We are pleased to welcome Mark to our team,” Lanyard said. “With Mark’s vast business experiences and enthusiastic approach to business, we look forward to his contribution to the success of our company.”
Sher also owned and operated a high-volume restaurant and catering business at the Rutgers University campus in New Brunswick in the late 1990s, Lanyard said. His other experience includes time as a bond trader with Gibraltar Securities, which he uses to analyze complex investment opportunities and economic trends.
