National Realty & Development Corp. has announced several new stores within its New Jersey portfolio that have opened recently or are on track to debut in the months ahead.
The largest among them, Old Navy, opened its new 14,230-square-foot store at Pohatcong Plaza in Phillipsburg in mid-September, the landlord said in a news release. The complex early next year will also welcome a 3,423-square-foot Arby’s at the former site of a Burger King.
Located on Route 22 in Warren County, the 537,410-square-foot power center is anchored by a Walmart Supercenter, Stop & Shop, Regal Cinemas and other national operators.
NRDC, which is based in Purchase, New York, also said Tuesday that 9Round Fitness has opened at Hadley Center in South Plainfield. The facility on Stelton Road is 9Round Fitness’ eighth location in the New Jersey region.
Meantime, Habitat for Humanity ReStore will celebrate its grand opening on Oct. 26 at the Marketplace at Manville in Manville, the news release said. The nonprofit home improvement store and donation center will join Walmart and Reading Cinemas at the 294,140-square-foot center, which is located at 100 North Main St.
In Camden County, NRDC said Mavis Discount Tire is building a new 6,040-square-foot store on one of the two remaining outparcel buildings at CooperTowne Center in Somerdale. Mavis is expected to begin construction at Evesham Avenue and White Horse Pike in the first quarter of 2019, joining a 366,865-square-foot property that is also anchored by a Walmart Supercenter, Cinemark Theatres and LA Fitness.
