A communications firm has leased a 10,000-square-foot industrial building in South Plainfield, Bussel Realty Corp. announced Wednesday.
The Edison-based brokerage said it represented the landlord, J.L. Sullivan Auto Body, in the lease at 2216 Hamilton Blvd. to Century Marketing LLC. Vice President Anthony Mircovich handled the assignment for the firm.
Century Marketing is an electronics and marketing communications company, Bussel said in a news release. Its new home offers 20-foot ceiling heights, two drive-in doors and one loading dock, with a location directly off Exit 4 of Interstate 287.
“It was a pleasure to work with Century Marketing and the move from Hackensack, New Jersey, will better serve its clientele in the region,” Mircovich said in a prepared statement.
