Cushman & Wakefield has made two additions to its East Rutherford-based brokerage teams.
The firm announced Wednesday that it had hired Adam Coopersmith of Randolph and Dylan Tusinac of Chester. Both are recent college graduates.
Coopersmith is working with an office brokerage team headed by Marc J. Trevisan and David Sherman, C&W said in a news release. The group specializes in tenant representation, national account management and agency management assignments.
Prior to being hired by Cushman & Wakefield, Coopersmith interned for the brokerage firm and RBC Wealth Management, where he assisted high net worth clients with their fixed-income portfolios, the news release said. He is a New Jersey licensed real estate salesperson and earned an MBA and a bachelor’s degree from Quinnipiac University.
“Cushman & Wakefield is the most prominent and well-respected commercial real estate services firm in the country,” Coopersmith said in a prepared statement. “The opportunity to work here — and under such great leadership — is phenomenal.”
Tusinac, who is working with Josh Cohen, is focused primarily on tenant representation, designing and implementing corporate real estate strategies for companies of all sizes, C&W said. He also is involved in select agency leasing assignments.
The former ocean rescue squad team member in Lavallette is a New Jersey licensed real estate salesperson and a member of the Cushman & Wakefield Future Leaders group.
“I cannot say enough about the strong mentorship environment here at Cushman & Wakefield,” Tusinac said. “This is a great group of professionals. They bring you in and immediately make you part of what they are doing. It is a fantastic place to learn and grow.”
Andrew Judd, the firm’s New Jersey market leader, said the firm has a history of assembling teams that include senior-level, mid-level and junior brokers.
“We have always been known as a firm that embraces young talent with a culture that supports evolving careers,” he said. “Our senior brokers bring decades of market, transactional and client knowledge, while our newcomers provide an infusion of energy and proficiency with cutting-edge technologies. It is an ideal balance that engenders outstanding client service.”
