A cabinetry business has acquired a 3,150-square-foot retail building in Camden County, under a newly announced transaction by Vantage Real Estate Services.
Brokers with the firm represented the seller, East Coast Enterprises LLC, in the transaction at 130 South White Horse Pike in Magnolia. East Coast has sold the property, which Vantage RES described as a legacy facility, as part of a relocation to a nearby shopping center in Voorhees.
The buyer, Makellos Cabinetry, is a veteran-owned business providing kitchen cabinet products for renovation projects and new construction in multifamily and commercial developments, according to a news release. The company is headquartered in Philadelphia.
“We were glad to facilitate this successful transaction for all partners involved,” said Monica Walsh, Vantage RES’ director of client services. “Makellos Cabinetry will be an excellent addition to the neighborhood, and we will still have East Coast Enterprises LLC nearby in Voorhees — it’s a win-win for our community in South Jersey.”
Walsh brokered the transaction alongside Aran Ploshansky, the firm’s director of operations. They noted that the Magnolia property is adjacent to the newly built Royal Farms and in close proximity to other restaurants, health clubs and other amenities.
“I can’t thank Monica Walsh and Aran Ploshansky of Vantage Real Estate Services enough for all of their help and guidance in the recent sale of our commercial building,” said Bruce Goldstein, vice president with East Coast Salon Enterprises. “They were professional, attentive and responsive in all aspects of the transaction.”
