A private developer has purchased a 17-acre site in Camden for $1.1 million, in one of two southern New Jersey deals brokered recently by Colliers International.
Agathon Realty sold the parcel at 75 Erie St., Colliers said, touting the site’s location near the Camden waterfront. The firm did not disclose any plans for the site, but noted that it’s just blocks from a billion-dollar development site overseen by Liberty Property Trust.
Colliers’ Ian Richman brokered the sale out of the firm’s Mount Laurel office.
In the second deal, Dente Trading sold a crane-served warehouse at 4 Enterprise Court in the Sewell section of Mantua Township. Robert Ganter Contractors Inc. acquired the property, which has 22-foot clear heights, for $830,000.
Richman represented the buyer.
