Veteran brokers Chris Munley and Colin Behr have joined CBRE to focus on sales of open-air, multitenant retail properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions.
According to the firm, Munley joins as an executive vice president and brings more than 14 years of industry experience, having has closed more than $6.4 billion in retail transactions in his career. Behr, who joins as a senior vice president, has more than 11 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and has closed more than $4.5 billion in retail trades.
Both specialize in multitenant shopping center transactions.

Munley and Behr join CBRE’s National Retail Partners unit and will work closely with existing partners Ryan Sciullo and Casey Smith in Washington, D.C., Jeff Dunne and David Gavin in the New York metro region and Nat Heald in Boston to optimize coverage of the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions. They come to the firm from JLL, where they were senior managing directors with its capital markets team.
