CBRE has announced a new addition to its team of New Jersey industrial brokers.

Chad Hillyer, formerly of JLL, joins the real estate services firm as an executive vice president based in its Saddle Brook office. In his new role, he will represent landlords and occupiers throughout New Jersey and the Northeastern regional market.
“We are pleased to welcome such a successful industry veteran to CBRE,” said Jeffrey Hipschman, senior managing director of CBRE’s New Jersey operations. “Chad has an unsurpassed reputation in the industry as a trusted adviser and will be an instrumental part of our industrial practice as we continue to provide exceptional outcomes for our clients.”
Hillyer began his commercial real estate career with Colliers and Cassidy Turley’s New Jersey industrial group, according to a news release. He most recently was a senior managing director with JLL, where CBRE noted that he was often recognized as a top performer specializing in institutional landlord representation in northern New Jersey.
The Washington College graduate has completed more than 25 million square feet of sales and lease transactions during his 10-year career, CBRE said, with clients including Link Industrial, The Hampshire Cos., Bridge Industrial, TRANE Technologies, Philips and David’s Cookies. He holds a business management degree with a minor in economics.
