A technology and consulting firm has leased more 30,000 square feet at a Parsippany office building, under a newly announced transaction by CBRE.
The tenant, Solix Inc., is taking 31,442 square feet at 10 Lanidex Plaza West as part of the lease with Lincoln Property Co. The firm will occupy part of the second and the entire third floor at the 75,049-square-foot property.
CBRE’s Thomas M. Mallaney and Denise Kokulak negotiated the 12-year lease on behalf of Solix, which provides program management, technology solutions, consulting and customer care for clients.
“By assuming our client’s previous lease obligation, ownership allowed Solix to relocate its operations at a nearby property where it will house its offices on two contiguous floors,” said Mallaney, a first vice president with CBRE. “It was a pleasure working with Rick Genthe and Bob Lee of Lincoln Property Company in negotiating this multifaceted deal and I look forward to working with such quality ownership in the future.”
Solix also tapped CBRE as project manager for the buildout of its new office space. Megan Cudia of the real estate services firm’s project management team will oversee the assignment.
