Brokers with CBRE are seeking a buyer for a three-building, 50,000-square-foot industrial complex in Kenilworth, touting its proximity to Port Newark-Elizabeth and a lack of comparable properties in the immediate area.
The complex at 261 Monroe Ave. includes a main building of 39,290 square feet. The other two buildings span 4,240 square feet and 6,470 square feet, while the overall complex includes about 5,700 square feet of office space.
In its marketing flyer, CBRE said the complex has 13 drive-in doors, clear heights ranging from 12 to 30 feet and parking for 60 cars and 16 trailers. The property is less than two miles from the Garden State Parkway and offers access to Route 22 and Interstate 78.
The CBRE team marketing the property includes Mindy Lissner, Robert Pine and David Gheriani.
