CBRE has promoted one of its well-known brokers in New Jersey for the second time in less than a year.

The real estate services firm announced Monday that it has named Jeremy Neuer executive vice president. The move follows last year’s promotion of the 19-year industry veteran to co-leader of its New Jersey Capital Markets Group.
“Jeremy provides our clients with a unique mix of deep local market intelligence and leading-edge perspective backed by a passion for industry changing technologies,” said Jeff Hipschman, senior managing director with CBRE. “His dedication to value creation for his clients and colleagues continues to be unwavering. We congratulate him on this well-deserved promotion.”
Neuer joined CBRE in 2011 as a senior vice president and is well-known in the office sector, having handled leasing for prominent buildings and tenants in the state. In his newest role, he leads the firm’s New Jersey capital markets platform alongside Vice Chairman Jeffrey Dunne, with a focus on office and industrial sales throughout the state.
“I am delighted to have Jeremy as my partner to grow our New Jersey platform and business,” Dunne said, noting that the team has several properties under contract.
