A vitamin manufacturer has leased more than 25,000 square feet of industrial space in Carlstadt, under a newly announced deal brokered by NAI James E. Hanson.
The real estate services firm said it represented the tenant, Amazing Vitamins LLC, in the lease at 190 Jony Drive. The 25,190-square-foot location, part of a 102,000-square-foot building, provides the company with space to expand its production and distribution capabilities to better serve its growing customer base in the area.
NAI Hanson’s Eric Demmers and Russ Verducci handled the assignment, with the former noting that “2018 began in much the same way as 2017” when it came to industrial demand in the Meadowlands.”
“We have continued to see substantial demand across industrial property types and sizes as a wide range of tenants search for quality opportunities within the market, particularly in well-located towns like Carlstadt,” Demmers said. “Our substantial experience in this market has enabled us to work with prospective tenants to help them navigate a highly competitive leasing environment and negotiate deals that will allow their companies to continue to grow.”
Amazing Vitamins’ new home is minutes from the Lincoln Tunnel and George Washington Bridge, offering quick access to routes 1, 3, 9, 17 and 46, as well as the New Jersey Turnpike. The company’s space has 22-foot ceiling heights, two interior loading doors, one drive-in and 3,971 square feet of office space.
