A weight loss service is among the newest tenants at a Somerset County shopping center, under a 2,000-square-foot lease announced Tuesday by CBRE.
Brokers with the firm represented the landlord, Regency Centers, in the commitment at Chimney Rock Shopping Center in Bound Brook. The tenant, Profile by Sanford, joins a mix of national operators at the 218,000-square-foot property, which is anchored by Whole Foods.
CBRE’s John Hanlon and Ellada Davidova completed the assignment at 319 Chimney Rock Road, touting Somerset County’s demographics and the presence of other tenants such as Cost Plus World Market, Nordstrom Rack, Saks Off Fifth and The Container Store. Marc Shein of NAI DiLeo Bram & Co. represented Profile.
“The Profile commitment, which follows new lease signings by Lands’ End, Club Pilates, Paris Baguette and Med First Primary & Urgent Care, is yet another sign of the tremendous success Chimney Rock has experienced since its inception by Regency Centers,” said Hanlon, a senior vice president. “Currently, the complex is home to many of the nation’s most well-recognized retailers, and we look forward to completing new deals for the last two available spaces.”
