Cervelli Real Estate & Property Management has announced two moves on its team with the return of Veronica Negron and the promotion of Brianna Ortiz.
In a news release, the North Bergen-based firm said Negron rejoins its property management unit with a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the company’s operations and values. Her experience with Cervelli dates to September 2014, according to her LinkedIn profile.
“We are delighted to welcome Veronica back to our team,” said Michael Cervelli, president of Cervelli Management. “Her previous contributions were instrumental in our success, and we look forward to her positive impact as we continue to grow and serve our clients.”
Ortiz, who began her career at Cervelli Management as a full-time administrative assistant, is now an assistant property manager after being promoted within her first year with the company. The firm cited her contributions during her short tenure, while touting its strong tradition of recognizing and advancing internal talent.
“Brianna has demonstrated exceptional commitment and skill in her role as an administrative assistant,” said Stephanie Mena, the firm’s office manager. “Her promotion is well-deserved, and we are excited to see her continue to grow and excel in her new position.”
