Saxum Real Estate has promoted Chris Vitiello to the post of controller with its Summit-based team.
The firm said Vitiello, who joined in 2020 as a senior accountant, has been a key contributor in its explosive growth and success. His responsibilities have continuously progressed and expanded during that time, during which Saxum has grown to a 32-person team with some $3 billion in assets under management across three offices in the U.S.
