An investor has paid nearly $1.2 million for a six-unit apartment building in Jersey City, in one of two recent transactions brokered by Cervelli Real Estate & Property Management.
In a news release, the North Bergen-based firm said it represented the seller of the brick building at 377 Baldwin Ave. in Jersey City Heights. The unnamed buyer paid $1.17 million.
Cervelli also brokered the sale of 5022 Bergenline Ave. in West New York, a three-story mixed-use property that traded for $425 per square foot.
