An automotive and truck parts distributor will join the tenant roster at a Bergenfield commercial building, following a 3,100-square-foot lease arranged by NAI James E. Hanson.
The real estate services firm represented both parties in the lease at 96 South Washington Ave. by Parts Authority LLC. The tenant, which has 90 locations throughout the country, will use the space for warehousing to support its storefront location across the street at 91 South Washington St.
NAI Hanson Vice President Anthony Cassano completed the transaction, touting the building’s eight-foot ceiling heights and access to Interstate 80, routes 4 and 17 and the Palisades Interstate Parkway. It is Cassano’s second lease this year at the property, which is owned by 96 S. Washington Ave. LLC, following a 2,200-square-foot retail lease.
“Industrial spaces of all kinds have continued to be hot commodities in Bergen County throughout the past several quarters,” Cassano said in a prepared statement. “When leasing spaces, landlords will continue to look for experienced and knowledgeable brokers to help navigate this highly competitive marketplace and tenants will search for a steady hand to guide them through the leasing process.
“My longstanding relationship with the landlord and experience in this market allowed me to negotiate a fair deal on behalf of both the tenant and landlord.”
