A law practice has acquired a nearly 10,700-square-foot office building in Cherry Hill, under a newly completed transaction by Rose Commercial Real Estate.
The brokerage firm represented Bross & Frankel P.A., which specializes in disability benefits and Social Security cases, in its $650,000 purchase of 725 Kenilworth Ave. Located minutes from routes 70 and 38, the location provides a new home for the growing practice after many years of leasing space.
Rose Commercial Real Estate President Adam Rose represented Bross & Frankel in the $650,000 transaction. Frank and Holly Moore sold the property.
