A retail distributor has leased nearly 80,000 square feet of industrial space in Hamilton, in the largest of four newly announced transactions by Chilmark Real Estate Services.
In a news release, the brokerage firm said the undisclosed tenant is taking 78,585 square feet at 2555 Kuser Road. Michael Witko, co-founding member of Chilmark, worked in conjunction with Ken Morris of Morris Southeast Group on behalf of the tenant, while CBRE represented ownership.
Witko also represented another tenant, a moving and logistics company, in a 35,000-square-foot lease at 100 Industrial Road in Berkeley Heights. JLL represented the landlord at the property, which is about two miles north of Interstate 78.
In East Hanover, Chilmark represented an accounting firm in a 3,200-square-foot office lease at 100 Eagle Rock Ave. Witko completed the assignment on behalf of the tenant, while CBRE represented ownership.
The Chilmark broker also represented a title company in leasing about 3,300 square feet at 3 Becker Farm Road in Roseland. Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord.
