Chilmark: Financial firm takes 9,600 sq. ft at Park Ridge office building

A new tenant is coming to a well-known office building in Park Ridge after leasing nearly 10,000 square feet at the property, brokers with Chilmark Real Estate Services announced.

The user, Cross Road Equity, will occupy 9,584 square feet under the deal at 225 Brae Blvd. Chilmark’s Mike Witko, Ed Flanagan and Michael Marchese represented ownership, while an undisclosed broker represented the tenant.

Located about a mile from the Garden State Parkway, 225 Brae Blvd. is a three-story property spanning 224,413 square feet.
