A private seller has reaped more than $2 million from the sale of a 17-unit multifamily property in Kearny, according to brokers with Chilmark Real Estate Services.
Ed Flanagan, co-founder of the Morristown-based firm, represented both parties in the transaction at 178 Kearny Ave. An undisclosed buyer purchased the property for $2.1 million.
The asset, which sits at the corner of Wilson Avenue, is less than two miles from Interstate 280.
