New Jersey’s booming industrial market has pushed Bussel Realty Corp. to add to its brokerage team with two new hires, the Edison-based real estate services firm said Wednesday.

The new members of the company’s brokerage staff include Eduard Skutelsky, who joins as a vice president and will specialize in the Port Newark-Elizabeth area markets and other parts of northern and central New Jersey. Ilan Tabbouche joins as an associate, with plans to work in conjunction with industrial brokerage teams in Bussel’s Edison headquarters, particularly with the team of Senior Vice President Leo Esses.
“Due to the unprecedented activity in the Northern/Central New Jersey industrial market, we have expanded our brokerage team in order to provide the level of personalized and professional brokerage services, marketing and research our clients have come to expect from Bussel Realty Corp,” Steve Bussel, president of BRC, said in a prepared statement. “This coupled with our hiring of Nicholas Spadavecchia, vice president of marketing and public relations, in 2013 has helped us continue to grow in market share and deal volume and expand our presence as a leading commercial real estate services provider in New Jersey.”
