A local salon has opened its new 850-square-foot location on Route 46 in Clifton, following a deal arranged by Levin Management Corp.
According to the real estate services firm, Epic Unisex Salon has relocated to Clifton Plaza from another property in the city after being displaced by a June fire. Its new home sits just west of the Van Houten Avenue intersection, where it joins a host of other tenants at the 95,222-square-foot shopping center.
LMC Leasing Representative Ed Vasconcellos III negotiated the lease on behalf of Clifton Plaza’s ownership.
“It is great to be open at Clifton Plaza,” said Alex Wahbeh, owner of Epic Unisex Salon. “My customers have supported me during this journey, and for that I am very grateful. I look forward to serving my existing clientele — along with many new faces — from this brand-new shop.”
Epic Unisex Salon offers services for men, women and children including hair and beard styling, coloring, keratin treatment, facials, body waxing and makeup application, LMC said. Its neighbors at Clifton Plaza include anchors Big Lots and Blink Fitness, along with Dollar Tree, GameStop, Valley National Bank, Work N Gear and others.
“Clifton Mayor James Anzaldi suggested that Alex reach out to us, and we are pleased to have been able to provide him with brand-new space,” Vasconcellos said. “Epic Unisex Salon is a high-quality, complementary addition to the property.”
