Commercial Mortgage Capital has arranged a $5 million loan for the owner of a 158,000-square-foot warehouse in Middlesex County, the firm announced recently.
The loan, provided by a life insurance company, will be used to refinance the property at 100 Ward Ave. in South Plainfield, CMC said in a news release. The loan was a fixed-rate, long-term, self-liquidating loan.
The mortgage banking firm said the single-story warehouse was built in 1972.
