Cole Schotz P.C. has elevated a real estate attorney in its Hackensack office, one of four recent promotions announced by the firm.

As a result of the promotion, Robert DiPisa is now a member of the firm’s real estate department group. An attorney for about seven years, DiPisa counsels developers, real estate equity and opportunity funds, real estate investment trusts, investors, owners and tenants in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.
His practice includes advising clients with respect to acquisitions, dispositions, development and retail leasing, Cole Schotz said in a news release. His focus also includes the management, financing and construction of commercial, retail, industrial and multi-unit residential properties.
DiPisa earned his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, and his bachelor’s from Fordham University.
Cole Schotz also promoted a New York-based attorney, Matthew Schneid, to member in its real estate department, while Nicholas Brannick and David Gold were promoted within its bankruptcy and corporate restructuring and intellectual property practices, respectively.
