Veteran broker Eric Heller has joined Coletta Commercial as a multifamily and commercial adviser based in its Point Pleasant Beach office.
In a recent news release, the firm said Heller joins its team after positions with Lee & Associates New Jersey, Midtown Commercial and Bennett Realty & Development. It also touted his skills in underwriting, advanced analytics and site selection, among others, noting that he has vast experience in commercial real estate, notably in the multifamily and mixed-use realm.
“Eric’s unwavering desire to build and maintain strong relationships is his paramount priority,” Coletta Commercial wrote in its announcement. “Beyond the successful completion of each transaction, he firmly believes that this professional journey is an ongoing partnership.
“For him, the job is never truly finished, and the relationship persists well past any closing. He is committed to fostering enduring connections and consistently strives to provide exceptional service, support and friendship.”
According to Coletta, Heller has contributed to the development and approval of more than 1,000 multifamily units in key areas of northern and central New Jersey, including Linden, Bayonne, Roselle, Plainfield and Metuchen. He now aims to replicate that success in Monmouth, Ocean and Middlesex counties.
