Four new tenants have leased space at a Florham Park office complex, where the ownership group has embarked on upgrades to the amenities and common spaces.
Colliers International Group said Tuesday that it completed the new leases at Florham Park Corporate Center, a two-building, 230,000-square-foot property on Vreeland Road, on behalf of Bergman Real Estate Group and Rialto Capital Management LLC. The leases total about 20,000 square feet, with the new tenants including COWI North America Inc., BML Public Relations, Goldberg and Co. LLC and HR Acuity.
Richard J. Madison, Richard Mirliss, Alex Vitro and Jack Callahan, who are based in Colliers’ Parsippany office, oversee the assignment. Colliers also represented COWI North America, while Weichert Commercial represented BML.
Newmark Associates and CBRE represented Goldberg and Co. and HR Acuity, respectively.
“Ownership’s commitment to providing quality accommodations and a high-caliber amenities package has enhanced Florham Park Corporate Center’s competitive positioning over the past year,” Madison said in a prepared statement. “At the same time, the property always has offered exceptional value and access to major road networks. This winning combination is generating stepped-up leasing interest and successful deals.”
Located at 25 A&B Vreeland Road, Florham Park Corporate Center sits on 14 acres, Colliers said in a news release. Ownership has completed upgrades such as a new modern conference and training center, employee lounge and newly renovated, full-service café.
Colliers added that a new fitness center with locker rooms and showers is under construction in Building 25A, while the addition of an on-site bike sharing program, yoga classes and on-site car wash and detailing services are also in the works. The landlords are also preparing to renovate Florham Park Corporate Center’s common areas and three-story atrium lobbies, with the aim of creating an updated lounge aesthetic.
The property is three miles from the Morristown Airport, 16 miles from Newark Liberty International Airport and 27 miles from Midtown Manhattan, the news release said. It also offers quick access to Columbia Turnpike, routes 10 and 24 and interstates 78, 280 and 287.
