Rylie Lake has joined Resource Realty of Northern New Jersey as a sales associate, bolstering its brokerage team as the Parsippany-based firm eyes continued expansion in the region.
According to a news release, Lake has already closed several notable transactions since being hired late last year. That includes a 15,000-square-foot sublease in Plainfield, where he represented an apparel distributor in securing warehouse space after what RRNNJ said was a complex assignment.
Lake also represented both sides in a 4,000-square-foot lease by The Woodworking Co-Op, a prominent nonprofit organization dedicated to community crafting and skill-building, at 119-121 South 15th St. in Newark, the news release said. In a third deal, he secured 4,000 square feet of industrial space at 239 6th Ave. in Paterson for a rapidly growing wall panel distributor operating as A Bright Development.
Additionally, the broker demonstrated his versatility across asset types when he represented a wellness studio in a small office lease transaction in Rockaway.
“We are thrilled to welcome Rylie to our team,” said Tom Consiglio, RRNNJ’s founding principal. “Rylie’s successes in northern New Jersey underscore his deep local market knowledge and a unique ability to seamlessly represent diverse client needs, from nonprofit community spaces to industrial distributors. His momentum coming into the firm is a testament to the high level of service he brings to our clients and the RRNNJ team.”
Since entering the commercial real estate field in early 2022, Lake has built a strong reputation for guiding clients across traditional and multitiered leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and strategic real estate decisions, the firm said. While he is licensed in both New Jersey and New York, he is able to facilitate transactions and assist with client requirements in other competitive markets, such as Florida and Delaware.
Throughout every transaction, RRNNJ said Lake remains committed to being highly responsive, detail-oriented and results-driven.
“Joining Resource Realty of Northern New Jersey provides an incredible platform to continue learning, scale my business and deliver tailored, strategic real estate decisions for my clients,” Lake said. “My focus remains on paying meticulous attention to the details, providing personalized client service and driving optimal outcomes.”
RRNNJ noted that, throughout college, Lake worked as a licensed fly-fishing guide across the rivers of New York and Pennsylvania, a job that strengthened his communication skills, instilled an exceptional level of patience and fostered a strong service-oriented mindset. Those traits translate well to navigating complex corporate real estate negotiations, the firm said, adding that he graduated summa cum laude from the State University of New York at New Paltz, earning a bachelor’s in general business receiving the prestigious Academic Award from the SUNY New Paltz School of Business.
According to Consiglio, Resource Realty of Northern New Jersey remains committed to continually expanding its talent base and strengthening its presence across key commercial real estate markets in northern New Jersey and southern New York State.
