An industrial building in Camden County has changed hands for $2.5 million, following a sale announced last week by Colliers International.
The firm touted the sale of the 44,800-square-foot property, located at 100 Freeway Drive in Blackwood, after representing a buyer identified as FLCR LLC. The complex sits on 3.7 acres, has 18-foot clear ceilings and some 5,000 square feet of office space.
Colliers’ Marc Isdaner handled the assignment out of the firm’s Mount Laurel office, while Bank of Hope financed the transaction, according to a news release. David Ricci and Tony Rod of Flynn Co. represented the seller, Colfin Cobalt I-II LLC.
