Conair Corp. has sold a 27-acre development site alongside its headquarters in East Windsor, according to the brokerage firm that orchestrated the deal.
Bussel Realty Corp., an industrial real estate services firm, said it represented both parties in the sale of 159 Milford Road. The buyer was RREEF America LLC, which manages a wide range of portfolios of both public and private real estate assets.
Stephen Nozza and John Cascio, both senior vice presidents, worked on the deal, according to a news release. They did not disclose the sale price.
“Our relationship with Conair Corporation spans 30 years — we represented the company in one of its first real estate acquisitions,” Nozza said in a prepared statement. “The site is ideal for commercial development and has great access to the New Jersey Turnpike.”
The property is located near Exit 8 of the New Jersey Turnpike, one of the state’s most active industrial submarkets, and across from Conair’s headquarters. The site has approvals in place for commercial real estate development.
