A concierge medical practice has leased more than 1,100 square feet of medical office space in West Orange, brokers with NAI James E. Hanson announced Thursday.
The operator, Elite Concierge Medicine, will use the location at 414 Eagle Rock Ave. to offer membership-based health care that offers patients highly personalized and accessible care from their physicians, according to a news release. It’s leasing the 1,105-square-foot space from Cort Eagle LLC, the brokers said, adding that the deal signals the growth of concierge medical practices across the state as part of a market that’s predicted to reach nearly $18 billion nationally by 2033.
NAI Hanson’s Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning represented ownership at the 54,799-square-foot professional and medical office building, which is recently renovated and sits just off Interstate 280.
“Concierge medical providers are the latest entrants into northern New Jersey’s already competitive health care market,” Lizzack said. “Their arrival, combined with strong existing demand from primary and specialty care providers, has intensified competition for suburban Class A medical office space in recent years.”
