An investor has purchased a nearly 1,200-square-foot medical office condominium in Hillsborough, in one of two new deals by The Boniakowski Commercial Real Estate Group.
Todd Gannet, a senior vice president with the Green Brook-based brokerage firm, arranged the transactions at 603 Omni Drive. He noted that buyer 603A Omni Dr. LLC is now renovating the 1,150-square-foot space and will offer it for lease, touting its ability to provide a solid income stream in a desirable section of Hillsborough.
Gannet also completed the sale of an office condo at 314 Route 22 in Green Brook, whose new owner plans to renovate the space and use it for his optometry practice, the broker said. He added that the buyer chose the property due to its location and size, providing room for growth and convenience for his clientele.
