A private buyer has purchased a 5,000-square-foot industrial building in Bayonne, in a newly announced deal by the William F. Connors Agency.
According to the brokerage team, the manufacturing facility at 27 Cottage St. has 12-foot ceiling heights, one drive-in and roughly 5,000 square feet of office space. It also boasts a location just south of Route 440 and off the city’s key Broadway corridor.
William F. Connors III, president of the William F. Connors Agency, was the lone broker in the sale. Terms were not disclosed.
