Winfield Properties has taken the wraps off a new 26-unit luxury apartment building in downtown Morristown, with move-ins slated to begin this month.
The developer, which is based in Lyndhurst, has launched leasing at its Schuyler Lofts project alongside a team with Christie’s International Real Estate Group. They noted that the four-story building at 22 Schuyler Place has a mix of one- and two-bedroom homes that are available to renters alongside amenities such as a high-end fitness center, a wellness relaxation room with a sauna, a private lounge, a community private terrace and coworking spaces.
Monthly rents at Schuyler Lofts, which is about a block from the Morristown Green, start at $2,975 for a one-bedroom and $3,650 for a two-bedroom unit.
“With Morristown ranked among the nation’s 100 Best Places to Live, I’m thrilled to lead this exclusive project for Christie’s,” said Cara DiTommaso of Christie’s International, referring to a recent list by the website Livability. “I’m proud to represent this project and look forward to introducing prospective residents to this extraordinary development.”
The property marks Christie’s entrance to the burgeoning Morristown luxury rental market, which has seen a wave of residential and commercial development in recent years. Winfield added that the property also has on-site retail space that is home to Kirshenbaum Baking Co.
“We are excited to begin leasing for Schuyler Lofts and to partner with Christie’s International Real Estate Group as our exclusive listing agent,” Winfield Properties Leasing Manager Nikki Biegel said. “Christie’s brings unparalleled expertise and a prestigious reputation to the marketing and leasing of Schuyler Lofts. We are confident Cara will provide exceptional service and a seamless leasing experience to all prospective residents.”
