The Albert M. Higley Co. has added to its Morristown-based office with recent hires on its administrative and project management teams, the construction firm announced.

Lewis Roberson, who joined the company as a senior project superintendent, brings 40 years of construction management experience and specializes in hospitals, outpatient facilities and aerospace facilities, AMHigley said. Meantime, the firm has hired Russ Genest as a senior project engineer, touting his more than 25 years of experience in the architecture, engineering and construction industry and his expertise in field operations.
AMHigley also announced the addition of Amy Ghelli as an office assistant. She brings five years of experience working in the accounting and administrative field, specializing in event planning and networking.

“AMHigley is grateful for Lewis, Amy and Russ choosing to invest their time and talent to help us build upon our almost 100-year legacy of building community,” said Conor Evans, regional vice president with the firm’s Morristown office. “Be it on the job site, at a client event or assisting a nonprofit partner, each teammate is achieving the mission while building upon our marketplace reputation here in New Jersey. We are extremely proud to have them as key players on this team!”

The firm added that Roberson and his wife have been together for more than 25 years, have four grown children and a three-year-old granddaughter. Genest, for his part, is a skilled manager capable of enhancing the rapport with both trade partners and clients, AMHigley said, while pointing to Ghelli’s positive attitude and encouragement of others on the team.
