A sheet metal contractor is relocating to a flex industrial building in Pennsauken after acquiring the 12,000-square-foot property, according to Wolf Commercial Real Estate.
Brokers with the firm represented the buyer, John Menszak, in the transaction at 2624 Powell Ave. His business, Menszak and Sons, is now moving to a location that has immediate access to routes 130 and 90 and is minutes from the Tacony-Palmyra and Betsy Ross bridges.
WCRE Vice President Ryan Barikian Associate and Mike Scanzano brokered the acquisition, while also representing the seller. Terms were not disclosed.
