Commercial Property Network Inc. has announced a flurry of new commercial leases and renewals and a property sale in suburban Mercer County.
The firm, which is based in the Princeton area, said the activity spans more than 22,000 square feet across 18 transactions. Senior Vice President Al Toto completed the deals, which are as follows:
Howe Commons at 65 South Main St. in Pennington
- Arete Inc. signed an 18-month renewal for a 3,547-square-foot lease
- Talent-Pros. leased 913 square feet for a two-year term
- Pisano Development Group LLC signed a one-year renewal for its 300-square-foot lease
- Joanna Belsky LLC leased 220 square feet
- Tahitian Massage and Wellness LLC signed a three-year, 588-square-foot lease
- Home Ex Realty LLC renewed its 310-square-foot lease for two years
Pennington Point (23 Route 31 North in Pennington)
- Erin McDonough signed a five-year, 658-square-foot lease
- Palco Transportation leased 1,802 square feet
Pennington Point (2 Tree Farm Road in Pennington)
- Knox Grove Financial LLC signed a five-year renewal for a 2,370-square-foot lease
- Aware Commercial Real Estate Inc. signed a three-year, 680-square-foot lease
- Karin Eckerson Interiors LLC signed a two-year renewal for its 1,235-square-foot lease
8 North Main St. in Pennington
- Advanced Learning/Practical Wellness signed a one-year, 300-square-foot lease renewal
- An undisclosed party sold the 2,000-square-foot building for $370,000

- Herself Maternal Wellness and Fitness LLC leased 1,800 square feet for a five-year term at Hopewell Crossing at Route 31 and Denow Road in Pennington
- Princeton Engineering Services PC signed a three-year, 1,412-square-foot lease renewal at 101 Morgan Lane in Plainsboro
- Strive PT signed a two-year renewal for its 2,185-square-foot lease at 1000 Herrontown Road in Princeton
- Pennington Smoke and Cigar LLC leased 1,265 square feet at Tree Farm Village at 7 Tree Farm Road in Pennington for five years
- Law Offices of Peter Dickson leased 688 square feet at Pennington Point in Pennington
