Digital health company Noom Inc. has relocated its headquarters to downtown Princeton while also unveiling a new office space in Midtown Manhattan.
Located at One Palmer Square, the Mercer County location spans 9,000 square feet and hosts 20 to 30 hybrid workers in and around the town. The team has expanded from a smaller temporary space on Hulfish Street, the company said, allowing it to establish deeper roots in the community in a place that CEO Geoff Cook and a substantial portion of its workforce live.
The front office was previously based in Manhattan, where the startup maintains a presence but is now in a new scaled-down office at 5 Penn Plaza.
“Noom is here to empower everyone to live better longer, from those struggling with obesity to those who need to lose 10 pounds,” Cook said. “We help people change their mindset. We provide accountability through coaching and AI tools. Nothing could beat the walkability of Princeton. I’m working on fully utilizing the beautiful grounds of the campus. And I’m looking to connect with the university, starting a dialogue.”
According to the firm, the dual office setup supports its employees’ needs for flexibility and collaboration while continuing to drive forward its mission of helping people everywhere live better longer.
