PROJECT SPOTLIGHT
CSG Law prides itself on its ability to collaborate with clients, understand their business goals and provide creative solutions for their projects, an approach which earned the firm recognition in 2021 as the New Jersey Law Journal Dealmakers of the Year.
The range of recent projects the firm has handled includes:
Serving as counsel to the designated developer of the Montclair Arts & Entertainment District in its $135 million, 3.5-acre mixed-use development set to energize the city’s vibrant cultural, dining and shopping downtown area. Our attorneys have taken a lead role in this landmark project — helping assemble the sites, securing necessary land use approvals and negotiating all related real estate concerns.
Representing the developer of a first-of-its-kind food waste recycling facility in Linden, a $210 million Brownfield investment that stands as a harbinger for the future of energy supply in New Jersey. CSG Law navigated through all regulatory hurdles and governmental approvals while successfully executing the environmental, land use and real estate aspects of this major project.
Serving as redevelopment and land use counsel to the developer of a 161-acre site slated for a port-related development and other mixed-use developments, CSG Law played an integral role in spearheading the effort to address and resolve a myriad of necessary governmental actions to bring the project to fruition.
