Verizon New Jersey Inc. is seeking a buyer for a 16-acre office property in South Plainfield, according to a brokerage team with Cushman & Wakefield.
Located at 6000 Hadley Road, the site is home to a one-story, 124,545-square-foot building that served as a corporate training facility, brokers said, citing its location off Interstate 287 between exits 4 and 5. The property also has 485 parking spaces with frontage and visibility along the highway, which provides quick access to Interstate 78, the New Jersey Turnpike and other thoroughfares.
