An investor has purchased a roughly 25,000-square-foot medical office building in West Windsor for $8 million, in a newly announced deal by Cushman & Wakefield.
Brokers with the firm represented an undisclosed seller in the trade at 88 Princeton Hightstown Road, a two-story property about two miles from Route 1. The 25,364-square-foot building is also around three miles from the University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro and has upgraded common areas, new HVAC units and parking lot improvements after a recent renovation.
“88 Princeton Hightstown provided investors with the opportunity to acquire a 91 percent leased, premier boutique medical office asset,” C&W’s Andrew Schwartz said. “We saw significant interest in this property because of its highly impressive tenant roster and ideal medical location.”
The C&W team in the deal included David Bernhaut, Schwartz, Jordan Sobel and Andre Balthazard. An undisclosed buyer purchased the facility.
