A private investor has acquired a nearly 170,000-square-foot industrial building in Cranford, in one of three recent transactions by Daunno Realty Services LLC.
The brokerage firm, which is based in nearby Clark, represented both parties in the trade of 70 Jackson Drive. Located just east of the Garden State Parkway, the complex spans 168,767 square feet and is leased to multiple tenants.
Daunno Realty’s Suzanne Tharaldsen and Jim Hodgkins completed the transaction. Terms were not disclosed.
“It was a pleasure representing the seller in the sale of this investment property located in the shadow of New Jersey’s bridges, tunnels, airport and port,” the firm said in a news release. “The excellent tenants will ensure a continued productive result for the buyer.”
Tharaldsen and Hodgkins also brokered the sale of a 151,000-square-foot industrial building at 456 Nordhoff Place in Englewood, as well as the trade of a 27,000-square-foot warehouse at 4315 New Brunswick Ave. in South Plainfield. The former is located just south of Route 4, while the latter is just off Interstate 287.
Terms of the sales were not disclosed.
