An auto dealership property in Bridgewater has changed hands for $1.35 million, in a deal arranged by Deluccia Commercial Group and RE/MAX 1st Advantage.
The listing team said the property, 1201 Old York Road, spans more than 2.5 acres and has a three-bay service garage, expansive outdoor display and inventory parking and prominent frontage along the roadway. Tim Deluccia of Deluccia Commercial Group represented the seller, Dollar Realty LLC, noting that the existing approvals allow for a turnkey opportunity in a market where entitled automotive sites are increasingly difficult to find.
Wayne Loux of RE/MAX 1st Advantage represented the buyer, Vantage Motor Car NJ LLC.
