A sheet metal fabricator has sold a nearly 62,000-square-foot light industrial building in Franklin Township for $8.5 million, in a deal arranged by Deluccia Commercial Group.
The brokerage firm’s Tim Deluccia represented the seller, Falcon Real Estate LLC, in the transaction at 371 Campus Drive in the township’s Somerset section. He also represented the buyer, IBG Keynet Campus LLC.
In a news release, Deluccia noted that the 61,539-square-foot building sits on 3.5 acres and includes 7,300 square feet of office space. The balance of the facility is for warehouse and fabrication, featuring 17- to 21-foot ceiling heights, 30-foot column spacing, six tailboard loading areas and two drive-in doors.
