Accordia has selected Cushman & Wakefield as its leasing agent for the 190,000-square-foot Greenbrook Executive Center in Fairfield, the brokerage team announced.
According to a news release, Cushman’s William O’Keefe, Mark Zaziski and Patrick Decker will market the available spaces at the three-story building at 100 Passaic Ave. They’ll do so while highlighting features such as a dramatic atrium, high-end amenities and a location just south of Route 46 and Interstate 80.
“We are excited to be selected as the marketing and leasing agent for Greenbrook,” O’Keefe said. “Our dominance in the market and proven track record make us the ideal partner to showcase everything this building has to offer. The buildings modern look and feel, as well as its abundance of amenities, will continue to attract sophisticated tenants in the area.”
Amenities at Greenbrook Executive Center include a full-service dining and conference facility, a tenant amenity lounge and large, efficient floor plates, the news release said. The building also has indoor and outdoor seating areas, an on-site ATM, vending and abundant parking, while it provides small suites that can accommodate growing businesses that still wish to be in a Class A building.
C&W noted that the site, which provides easy access to other nearby highways and dining options, also serves as Accordia’s headquarters
“Our focus at Accordia is for Greenbrook to maintain its stature as the premier Class A option in the submarket,” said Frank Recine, a principal at Accordia.
